With the Frankfurt motor show’s press days underway, Audi revealed a technical study that examines what its R8 sports car might be like if powered by four powerful electric motors. The answer is E- Tron. The four motors fitted under the hood produce a modest 313 horse power but an astronomical 3,319 pound-feet of torque. Isn’t it amazing!
Adding a supercharger or a turbo to your engine would give a great boost to the power output of your engine. However at high compression ratios, these add-ons can give rise to engine knock. This phenomenon occurs due to premature ignition of the fuel mixture inside the cylinder, disrupting the smooth synchronous operation of the engine. Engine knock can also occur while using poor quality or low octane fuel, but these however do not come into the picture when dealing with high performance engines.

The first important part of this procedure is to let your car sleep for about half an hour before disconnecting the battery and 15 more minutes before you proceed thereafter so as to avoid deploying the airbag sensors.
Disengage the spring clips and unfasten the connector to the turbo inlet.
There are some 2 T-25 screws holding the air snorkel that must be removed.
Get the engine cover out of place by pulling with some strength in order to get free access.
