Adding a supercharger or a turbo to your engine would give a great boost to the power output of your engine. However at high compression ratios, these add-ons can give rise to engine knock. This phenomenon occurs due to premature ignition of the fuel mixture inside the cylinder, disrupting the smooth synchronous operation of the engine. Engine knock can also occur while using poor quality or low octane fuel, but these however do not come into the picture when dealing with high performance engines.
With the Frankfurt motor show’s press days underway, Audi revealed a technical study that examines what its R8 sports car might be like if powered by four powerful electric motors. The answer is E- Tron. The four motors fitted under the hood produce a modest 313 horse power but an astronomical 3,319 pound-feet of torque. Isn’t it amazing!

Wear your eye protection and get your dremmel. Put the pointed grinder bit on and make sure it’s at low speed. Make sure it is parallel to the rim lip. As you begin working on the rash, your aim should be to smooth it down by removing most of the deep-seated scratches.
Angel eyes are actually cold cathodes for computer fans. Don’t go breaking your fan; get one from the various e-commerce sites like eBay. You should buy two pieces extra just in case the one or two for that matter spoil in the process (it’s a trial and error thing for most first-timers anyway). Source for anything else you need at the various motor shops, AUTOZONE for instance.
Before applying the paint, stir thoroughly then gently apply thin coats.
Allow the fresh coat between 10 and 15 minutes to dry before applying more coats. Failure to do this will result in messy work.
Repeat the process until you have a smooth layer.
Most people prefer cleaning the wheels first so here goes: Cleaning one wheel at a time, apply wheel cleaner to the wheel and brush thoroughly. Rinse clean and move to the next wheel till all are cleaned. Pour water onto the surface using the hose, starting from the top so that the dirt falls on dry areas. Increase the stream of water in emblems and molded areas where dirt tends to hide.
If you are a green horn when it comes to doing alignment for a G4 or probably it’s Quadra –link suspension then you should be prepared to cut some little sweat. You will have to work on its four control arms on either side of the front without the benefits of camber adjustment points. The quadra-ling set is designed in such a way that it makes up a sort of remote steering axis which will help cut off torque and bump steer.
You need to begin the assignment by removing the belly pan together with some 3 screws that you will find near the bumper. At the rear side of the pan are 2 plastic screws you will find in the wheel wheels and all you need is a quarter to remove them all. Remove the grill panels from the lower bumper in order to access the drain plug; they are on the left hand side of the fog lights on the driver’s side. Just a little tug at it and it will pop off so you don’t necessarily have to use a screw driver.
The procedure here is a simple one because you will begin by removing the 9 felt covered screws that are on the lid of the trunk of your car. When you check inside the handle of the trunk lid you will discover two Phillips head screws which you will need to remove as well. From here it will be much easier to slowly remove the felt liner but it’s difficult to remove just try to fumble with it a little bit and you will pull it off.
